CelcomDigi Berhad is Malaysia’s largest mobile network operator, serving more than 20 million users nationwide.

CelcomDigi was officially established on 30 November 2022, following the merger of Axiata’s subsidiary Celcom and Telenor Asia’s subsidiary Digi. Telenor Asia and Axiata are equal partners in the merged company, with 33.1 percent ownership and board representation each.

Telenor representatives on the CelcomDigi board include Jørgen C. Arentz Rostrup (Deputy Chair), Rita Skjærvik, and Håkon Kjøl.
