Role Overview:
In the dynamic environment of Telco Market, appropriate investment is one of the key components for Techno-Commercial drivers and it should follow the state-of-the-art mechanism, where technical advancements should be ensured along with provisions for Business Gains through proper Investments. CapEx planning in Radio Service is the most important part of the total Technology CapEx, as majority of the Technology CapEx belong to Radio Services. There are increasing needs of RAN CapEx optimization to cope up with the evolution and coexistence of multiple technologies and additional acquired spectrum, and more efficiencies are in a need to control the CapEx requirements and to be within the allowed CapEx frame.
On top of the skills on CapEx and investments, this role requires strong knowledge base on RAN solution, to create a balance between the solution demand by the RAN solution team and actual ordering. Apart from the RAN solution optimization, it is essential to create proper ordering sequences and bundles, so that different commercial offers from the suppliers can be consumed by meeting the pre-conditions of the offers and vouchers, as well as to get the maximum benefits from Taxation. Financial knowledge is also an integral part of this role, which is required to keep track on the financial balance sheet and to ensure Capitalization of the RAN CapEx by in-time ordering. This role also required to be engaged in different RAN RFQ projects and supporting global sourcing through proper techno-commercial insights.
Grameenphone is looking to onboard resource with relevant hands-on expert on RF solution & CapEx planning, who can start contributing immediately and support internal resources and guide stakeholders for CapEx activities.
Job Responsibilities:
Innovative and Cost-efficient RF solution design to Support the growth in RF domain
Long-term and Short-term CapEx planning and Solution design
Challenging mindset to balance the solution demand by RAN solution team and actual ordering.
BoQ preparation for RAN solution and ensure the BoQ alignment with the stakeholders and suppliers.
In depth solution knowledge of multi vendor systems( Huawei and ZTE systems ) will be considered as added advantage
Checking and approvals of Suppliers PI-BoQ
Justification document preparation for BTRC NOC
Understanding different RAN contract with supplier, ensure periodic Contract Amendment according the needs of Technology, and within the clauses of the existing contracts.
Receiving, validation and approval the invoices from the suppliers before actual payment
Inventory management through reduction of WIP and optimum realization of existing assets
Ensuring capitalization of allocated CapEx to RAN domain by in-time ordering and follow-up.
Different RAN document preparation during RAN RFQ processes and support local and global sourcing team
Education and Experience Requirements:
Education:
B.Sc. in Electrical/Computer Science Engineering from a reputed University
MBA degree will be considered as added advantages
Experience:
4-6 years’ experience in RF Planning and Solution with proven track record in any reputed organization
Other Requirements:
Strong relation building ability
Experienced in negotiation and channel management
Proactive and very sharp on execution

Strong communication ability
Strong Techno-Financial concepts in Telco business
