Elisabeth Melander Stene

Elisabeth Stene is EVP and Chief People and Organisation Officer at Telenor Group.

She has extensive international experience from senior HR and transformation roles across Telenor’s markets, including as CHRO in Telenor Norway, Digi (Malaysia), and Telenor India. She has held HR leadership positions across several Telenor Group functions and the CHRO role in Multiconsult ASA when she for six years was part of the engineering industry.
