Senior management salary adjustment to be 0 percent

This year, it has been decided that Group Executive Management and senior management will not receive a salary increase.
This decision concerns 125 leaders from Telenor Management Arena, CEOs and GEM who are part of the executive salary review processes across business units and Group. A smaller number of executives received salary increases prior to the onset of COVID-19, in accordance with local salary review processes, and are therefore not affected by the salary freeze for the 2020 salary review cycle.
The above decision does not impact those employees that are part of the local salary negotiations in Telenor this autumn, which will follow terms of employment and collective bargaining agreements where relevant.
