Roger Rønning

Elected 21 May 2025 for a period of up to two years.

Roger Rønning joined Televerket/Telenor in 1985. From 1985 to 2007 Rønning worked with various customer-related tasks such as sales, marketing, finance, complaints and incorrect receipt. In 2007, Rønning was elected employee representative in Telenor Norge AS for the union Negotia and has since worked as a full-time union representative. He held the position as employee representative in Telenor Norge AS until 2016, when he was elected head of the union Negotia in Telenor. He holds this position today. For several periods, Rønning has been a board member in Telenor Norge AS and in Telenor Pensjonskasse. He also has served for several periods in the Corporate Assembly. From 2017 to 2019 Rønning was a member of Telenor ASA as employee representative. He is currently head of the election committee in the union Negotia. Rønning served as an employee-elected representative on the Board of Directors at Telenor ASA from 2021 to 2023.
