Telenor is concentrating even harder on the youth segment by launching the new mobile subscription, OYO in the norwegian market. The subscription incorporates services that are particularly popular among youngsters.
OYO customers will be issued with a separate SIM-card with the capacity for 200 number listings and as much as 30 SMS messages. All customers with the new subscription can set up their own e-mail account with a mobile mail-warning system.

With OYO, customers are free to choose between all of Telenor Mobil's subscription varieties, and decide for themselves whether they want to use a prepaid card or have their bill sent in the mail. Customers are also able to alternate their type of subscription whenever they want.

Twice as many friends
Oyo comes with a so-called "BIG SIM'. This is a SIM card with double SMS- and number memory capacity. Furthermore, OYO will regularly present special offers on different services. This summer, OYO customers can send text messages for just NOK 0.80 (Euro 0.10).

Feedback results
"When we launched the Internet site OYO.no a year ago, we promised to listen to what the users wanted. One of the results is the OYO subscription which takes into account some of the feedback we have received,' says Esben Tuman Johnsen, Assistant Head of Information in Telenor Mobil.
