Telenor to handle Nordea Bank telephony

Telenor has signed a new contract with Nordea Bank in Norway to supply services within telephony and customer contact. The agreement is worth NOK 60 million over two years.
The new agreement comprises the running of a complete telephony service for Nordea Bank in Norway, including mobile telephony, Internet accesss and customer care solutions such as call centre and access to accounts via telephone. Nordea Bank's agreement with Telenor Business Solutions includes telephony services via 6,000 junction points nationwide. Nordea has also signed a two year contract with Telenor Mobil related to mobile telephony.
