Telenor and the Norwegian Ministry of Commerce have today decided to pay an additional premium of NOK 23.5 million for the completion of Telenors share issuance and public listing.
Telenor and the Ministry of Commerce are satisfied with the handling of Telenors share issuance and public listing. Especially in light of the difficult market conditions Telenor and the department have decided to release the last part of the agreed premium equal to 0.15 per cent of the transaction amount.

This represents about NOK 23.5 million which will be divided among Telenors global co-ordinators and syndicate banks according to an agreed payment scheme. This additional payment is considerably lower than the amounts paid in other transactions of the same size.

It has already been agreed that a premium equal to 1.35 per cent of the transaction will be paid. In addition, it was agreed that an additional premium of 0.15 per cent of the transaction could also be paid following the completion of the emission. It is this last 0,15 per cent of the premium which is now being released.
