Telenor is pleased to learn that the strike in Relacom, which is one of the company's largest suppliers of installation services in Norway, is over. All efforts are now being made in order to reduce the present waiting time for delivery and error correcting.

"We are pleased that the conflict in Relacom over. Telenor's customers have unfortunately suffered because we have not been able to deliver our services as fast and accurate as we want. Relacom has promised to do their best to reduce waiting hours. Telenor will also take all available resources into use to get up to speed as soon as possible," said Executive Vice President and head of Telenor's Nordic operations, Morten Karlsen Sørby.

The weather in the coming days will affect the speed of how fast errors can be corrected and new services delivered. There is presently several weeks of waiting for delivery of broadband and other services in Norway, mainly resulting from the conflict within Telenor's supplier.
