The following notice has been sent the Oslo Stock Exchange:
Telenor has today completed the sale of Telenor Media. Gains of approximately NOK 5 billion will be entered into the accounts in the fourth quarter 2001. As from October 1, 2001 Telenor Media will no longer be included in the company accounts.
