The Norwegian newspaper Dagens Næringsliv, today claims knowledge of the contents of an MoU, which the management of the the two companies, Telenor and Telia, are said to have agreed upon in a meeting Friday.
The story is based on speculations, and must be taken on the newspapers own account.
Telenor has no knowledge of a meeting Friday 13 February, and does not recognize details as described by the newspaper. Most of the details concern questions to be negotiated between the owners, and are therefore not topics in the talks held between the two companies.
