Kyivstar dividends for 2006 and 2007 approved

The Extraordinary GMS of Kyivstar on 1 June 2009 approved the company's accounts for the fiscal years 2006 and 2007. Based on this the EGMS decided to distribute dividends in the total amount of UAH 4.6 billion (approximately NOK 3.8 billion).
Telenor holds 56.5 per cent of the shares in Kyivstar. The remaining 43.5 per cent is held by the Alfa Group.
