Grameenphone's medical advice and consultation service, HealthLine, has increased its capacity and become easier to use.

Registration removed

Feedback collected from a market survey has led Grameenphone to improve its HealthLine service. As a result, the registration process has now been removed enabling Grameenphone subscribers to get direct medical advice and consultation service from HealthLine.

Increased capacity

HealthLine has also increased its capacity over the past few months. Today, the doctors at the call centre answers more calls than previously.
