Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Cycle Planner to lead and enhance sales forecasting, geo strategy setting with action planning, budgeting, and analysis processes. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving data-driven decisions, enhancing sales & revenue driving strategies, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Should be able to guide circle marketing and distribution functions in deriving market specific priorities and drivable.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Enhancement:

  • Tailor activities and campaigns to achieve targets of different portfolios like voice, data, new business, acquisition etc.

  • Develop and implement geo strategies tailored to specific circles, regions and clusters to maximize sales and thus revenue.

  • Monitor and adjust sales, geo and sales models in response to market trends, competitor analysis, and demand fluctuations.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of cluster-wise markets to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.

  • Regularly review competitor strategies and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Collaboration:

  • Partner with product, brands, circles, network and operations teams to ensure alignment on sales & revenue objectives.

  • Provide insights and guidance to regional teams on sales & revenue management practices and tools.

  • Design & drive different portfolio & geo centric projects to win & protect different markets and maximize the portfolio value collaborating with relevant cross-functional teams.

Forecasting & Reporting:

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts for clusters, regionals and circles using historical data and predictive analytics.

  • Generate and present reports to RH, CMH, CBH and TopGun, highlighting performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities.

Strategic Initiatives:

  • Develop and execute market-specific campaigns and promotions to drive revenue growth.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and revenue outcomes.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum 7-8 years’ experience in telecom or relevant industry with proven track record in working at revenue / sales driving functions.

  • MBA / MS in Computer Science or telecommunication is preferred.

  • Project management capabilities to lead geo-centric and portfolio-driven initiatives.

  • Knowledge of CRM systems and digital sales enablement tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight timelines.
