Job Summary:

This role will be responsible for developing and executing plans to achieve revenue, sales, CEX and other business goals of the cluster managing Distributors, Field Forces, mass retail, franchisee, flagship and Digital channel ensuring Telenor standard HSSE policy across the value chain.

Job Description:

  • Achieve sales & service related targets for the assigned cluster

  • Formulate plans for conducting day to day sales activities and drive for business growth to capture market share of the cluster

  • Develop and manage stakeholders as per the company guidelines

  • Ensure availability of GP products and services at trade to ensure best in class customer experience

  • Lead, motivate and develop the third-party sales force for executing plans

  • Regular market visits to ensure smooth operation and visibility in respective cluster

  • Build and demonstrate understanding and movement of the market and industry to create future growth hub

  • Formulate cluster business plan for overall market capability development

  • Coordination within the organization, outside organization and project management as and when required

  • Granular performance monitoring, call for support and collaborate to deliver incremental

  • Collaborate in techno-commercial approach to plan BTS deployment and faster monetization

  • Strong ownership to drive digital capabilities in the value chain to build a touch free future fit operating model

  • Ensure health, safety, and security in the working environment. Take actions, in case of violation, as per given guidance. Maintain Telenor COC & compliance in case of daily operation

  • Maintain healthy business relation with Distributor, discuss ROI of partners and investment requirements to run the business

  • Ensure on-time and error free reporting to line function and internal stakeholders as when required

  • Track and report competition activities to line function

Education & Experience Requirements:

Education

  • Graduate/Masters, preferably in business from a reputed university

Experience

  • 2 to 4 years’ experience of working directly in Sales & Distribution function

Other Skills Requirement:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

  • Analytical ability

  • Vast knowledge and very good understanding on Telco market

  • Well conversant with the challenges of distribution process

  • Strong people management skills

  • Good Presentation Skill

  • Good planning & organizing skill
