Job Overview:

To develop and implement Skitto’s brand and marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the short term goals as well as long term vision.  This role is responsible for crafting compelling brand communication and leading effective media strategies that drive engagement, strengthen brand equity, and support Skitto’s growth ambitions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and execute a compelling brand strategy in alignment with the company level strategy and our digital-first, youth-centric brand identity. Keep track of the brand studies coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and propose preemptive actions/ measures accordingly

  • Campaign Development & Execution: Design and implement 360° promotional campaigns including brand communication, loyalty programs, app and its USP features promotion, and product launches that drive user awareness leading to acquisition and retention. Lead the planning and ensure smooth execution of engaging and interactive digital campaigns and contents across relevant social and digital platforms, app, and other owned platforms to drive awareness, preference, and consideration. Plan and execute all offline activities-retail, outdoor etc. for brand visibility.

  • Community engagement & influencer marketing:  Build and nurture vibrant digital communities by fostering two-way conversations, managing social listening, and activating brand advocates to deepen emotional connection with the brand. Plan and execute campaigns and activities with the most relevant and effective influencer and content creators to amplify brand reach, relevance and credibility among the youth ensuring a proper roadmap and performance analysis

  • Media Planning, Execution & analysis: Collaborate with media partners and internal teams to plan, buy, and optimize digital media campaigns for maximum ROI. Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics, campaign KPIs, and audience insights to continuously refine strategies and improve outcomes. Initiate and maintain quarterly roadmap and monthly calendar.

  • Budget Planning & Governance: Own the brand and engagement budget, ensuring efficient allocation, tracking, and reporting in line with governance protocols.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, digital, customer experience, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling and seamless execution. Maintain and nurture regular coordination with creative and digital agencies—providing clear briefs, debriefing as and when needed, ensuring specific feedback and timely delivery  maintaining high standards of innovation and execution

Education:

  • Graduate/Master from Reputed University

  • Business Graduate preferred but an engineering graduate with a strong understanding of brand and marketing is also encouraged to apply

  • At least 4-6 years of experience is required
