Scope: Network & Experience Assurance Expert will spearhead AI-driven initiatives in telecom network planning and user experience assurance. This role focuses on developing automated decision-making systems to enhance efficiency, reduce operational errors, and enable self-optimizing networks. By leveraging AI and machine learning models, the individual will optimize computational resources to accurately forecast network demand and capacity using extensive datasets. The position also involves implementing intelligent systems to detect anomalies, predict failures, and proactively resolve issues, ensuring consistent network reliability. Integrating AI into network services will support a seamless transition to next-generation technologies, maintaining the organization’s competitive edge in the rapidly evolving telecom landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Real-time intelligent decision-making for optimal network performance
Design and implement AI/ML models for real-time analysis
Develop decision-making frameworks using reinforcement learning or optimization techniques
Minimized network service degradations and enhanced customer satisfaction
Develop predictive models for network performance
Implement early warning systems for potential service issues
Automate corrective actions before degradation
Optimized traffic distribution and resource utilization
Deploy AI-powered “Next Best Action” systems
Continuously analyze network traffic and adjust parameters dynamically
Tune algorithms for different network loads
Accelerated adoption of 5G and future technologies with AI integration
Align AI solutions with 5G architecture (e.g., network slicing, edge computing)
Ensure compatibility with next-gen technologies
Pilot AI models in testbeds
Embedded AI in core network services processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineers, data scientists, planners)
Integrate AI models with existing OSS/BSS systems
Establish AI governance
Generative AI chatbot delivers actionable insights from complex telecom data
Design and train a domain-specific Generative AI chatbot
Integrate with telecom data sources (e.g., logs, KPIs, alarms)
Enable contextual “Next Best Action” suggestions through natural language interaction
Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Data Science, EEE or related fields.
6 years of experience in telecom network planning and operations.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks.
Strong understanding of telecom network architecture, technologies (e.g., 2G, 4G, 5G, NB-IoT), and hardware components.
Proven expertise in telecom data analytics, including network KPIs, alarms, logs, and performance indicators.
Proficient in Big Data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark), data processing tools, and programming languages such as Python.
Experience with cloud-based platforms and real-time analytics tools is a strong advantage.
Sound knowledge of customer-centric solution development and innovation in telecom services.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps, and technology project management tools.
