What will you work on?

You will be a key contributor to Oracle Fusion Cloud projects focused on the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process. Your work will involve configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials modules, developing and managing integrations, and building reports and dashboards using Oracle Analytics Cloud and other tools. You will:

• Drive execution and performance of the O2C workstream.
• Configure Oracle Fusion modules and customize SaaS applications.
• Design and maintain integrations via OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, HDL, and ADFdi.
• Build dashboards and visualizations using BI Publisher, OTBI, Smart View, FRS, and OAC.
• Manage application operations (AO) including patching, upgrades, and performance tuning.
• Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
• Document technical and functional specifications and provide post-go-live support.
• Continuously improve financial and technical processes through standardization and automation.

Your typical day will include stakeholder engagement, system configuration, monitoring integrations, developing insights through analytics, troubleshooting, attending agile ceremonies, and delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for experienced and versatile Oracle Fusion Cloud Consultants across four

specialization areas: Functional O2C, Technical SaaS, Technical Integration, and OAC

Analytics. You should have:

• 5-8 years of experience in relevant fields, preferably hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation in complex environments.
• Deep understanding of the Order-to-Cash lifecycle and related Oracle modules.
• Experience with large-scale ERP environments, large data volumes, and complex integrations.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion AO and SaaS operations.
• Proven ability to build scalable reports and dashboards.
• Competence and experience with or exposure to AI tools or techniques in the context of ERP or analytics.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Oracle consultancy experience is highly preferred.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related field.
• Oracle Cloud Certification preferred.
• ITIL, Six Sigma, or equivalent process improvement certifications (preferred).

Oracle Cloud technologies. Occasional travel may be required based on project needs.
