Are you passionate about customer success and business growth? Do you have experience in the telco industry and a talent for building strong relationships? Join Telenor Linx as a Customer Relationship Manager and play a key role in ensuring top-tier service delivery for Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) across Europe, Africa and LATAM. 

What You’ll Do: 

Manage relationships with key stakeholders across our footprint of MNOs  
Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities 
Oversee customer onboarding, service delivery, and offboarding 
Lead cross-functional teams to execute customer projects 
Ensure seamless contract management and legal compliance 
Act as the go-to expert for customer-related matters 

What We’re Looking For: 

5+ years of experience in the telco industry and Business/Account Management 
Proven ability to work with CxO-level stakeholders and drive negotiations 
Knowledge from international roaming and/or API monetisation is a plus 
Excellent communication skills in English 
A structured, proactive, and commercially driven mindset

The role will report to the CCO of Telenor Linx and part of the Customer Success management team. You will be part of an international and globally distributed team. Some travelling will be expected.
