TSS is seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to set strategic direction, operational excellence, sustainable growth and achieving financial and non-financial targets. Together with the management team, you will lead and drive our transformation journey focusing on customers, people and technology.
As new CEO, you will further develop our governance and operating model and optimizing our service delivery model and strategy. Enable adoption of new processes and technologies and partner effectively with business units to communicate and drive changes proactively is key. Furthermore, delivering seamless, consistent and high-quality customer and employee experiences are at the core.

Some of your main responsibilities:
- Deliver high quality services within Finance and Procurement, HR, Enterprise IT and Order to Cash.
- Drive an automation agenda with AI at the core to simplify processes, enhance customer experience and reduce costs.
- Identify new opportunities for shared services, including leveraging emerging technologies and driving digital transformation and customer-centric initiatives.
- Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture across all service domains, grounded in Telenor’s cultural foundation.
- Represent TSS in relevant Telenor top management forums and build strategic partnerships across the Telenor Group.
- Champion diversity, equity, and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with legal, security, privacy, regulatory, and ethical standards according to Telenor policies.
Preferred qualifications and experience:
- Proven experience as a senior executive with accountability for multi-domain operations in a global or regional organization.
- Extensive expertise and experience in multi-domain global business services, including shared services, customer services, or IS/IT service organizations.
- Track record of leading large-scale transformation programs, including digitalization, automation, and adoption of emerging technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to define and implement governance frameworks and operating models aligned with corporate strategy and board-level directives.
- Experience managing operations across multiple geographies and cultures, with strong collaboration skills.
- Expertise in driving cultural change and stakeholder engagement across complex organizations.
- Strong capability in financial performance management, cost optimization, and risk management.
- Higher relevant education, preferably at Master’s level.
