What will you work on?

As part of the Onsite Support, Process & Tools team, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality IT services to employees, consultants, and executives across Telenor’s global operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for IT issues related to End User Computing, O365, and workplace services.
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, VPN, network, and printing issues.
  • Supporting device onboarding and offboarding, as well as local deployments using MDT and Autopilot/Intune MDM.
  • Guiding users through problems and escalating unresolved issues appropriately.
  • Assisting with asset and software inventory, and contributing to knowledge documentation.
  • Supporting and training users on software, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborating with internal teams including security, infrastructure, and service desk.
  • Contributing to continual improvement and project-based activities across our service landscape.

Who are we looking for?

You’re someone who’s solution-oriented, thrives on direct interaction, and understands the importance of timely support. To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 1–2 years of corporate IT support experience in a large enterprise setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 11, macOS, M365, Intune, and endpoint management.
  • Basic understanding of networking, information security, and remote support tools.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and service processes.
  • Ability to communicate technical topics to non-technical users clearly and professionally.
  • Proficiency in English and Norwegian (both written and spoken).

Bonus if you know about SCCM, Azure AD, or Group Policy, but not mandatory.
