As we continue to scale our business, both commercially and technically, we are seeking an entrepreneurial-minded business development resource to drive sales and customer success. Your role will be key for the AI Factory and our customers, working closely with our Head of Business Development to secure an efficient sales and onboarding journey, actively improving our communication and challenging status quo in an experimenting, collaborative and innovative team.
Key responsibilities:
- Be the support to the Head of Business Development, improving the complete journey from strategic focus to execution and customer success.
- Constantly seek improvements in offering, communication and customer experience, in close collaboration with technical resources.
- Manage bids, quotes, pricing and actively participate in customer lead generation and meetings to create strong relations with our customers.
- Drive the sales and communication in physical and digital channels by constantly seeking improvements in the way we communicate.
- Proactively identify customer needs and secure the feedback loop to constantly iterate and improve our offering in close collaboration with the tech team.
- Create material for communication, events, meetings and secure a strong presentation of the Telenor AI Factory.
- Support and drive market research to identify trends, new opportunities and strategy for growth.
- Manage customer information and support the team with insights related to business development and customer success.
Who are we looking for?
- Experience from technology, AI, cloud and infrastructure services in established or start- / scaleup organizations or consulting.
- Sales experience from industry verticals such as public sector (defense, health, police), energy/utilities, and regulated industries.
- Proven ability to own the full sales cycle and customer experience processes, ensuring high quality communication and strong follow-through. ability to create strong relationships.
- Confident in creating communication materials in different tools and media, with experience from digital channels.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple processes and diverse activities with confidence and control in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable picking up the phone and generating new leads from cold-calling and active outreach.
- Degree in business, marketing or a related field
- Fluent in both Norwegian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
