The Investigation Support Administrator is part of the Telenor Group Internal Audit & Investigation (GIAI). Our functional reporting line is to the Telenor ASA Board of Directors through the Board’s Risk and Audit Committee. You will be located in Fornebu, Norway. The locations of the other members of the team are in Bangkok, Islamabad, Karachi, Dhaka and Singapore besides the main hub at Fornebu. As our Investigation Support Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the investigation team in performing its tasks. Securing specific investigation related reporting but also by supporting with hands-on administrative tasks related to methodology, costs, processes and privacy matters. Communicating and coordinating with stakeholders across the organisation is also part of the role.

Some of your main tasks and responsibilities: 

• Coordinating and following up on established processes.

• Cost reporting. 

• Dialogue and coordinate with BUs for awareness sessions and reporting anchoring.

• Prepare bi-annual Board reports related to investigations and other specific reporting. 

• Assist in the review and update of investigation procedures and templates. 

• Investigation related administrative tasks. 

• Liaison with GIAI’s Privacy coordinator for matters related to personal data requirements and respective Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs). 

Preferred experience and qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field. 

• Experience from audit or investigation preferred. 

• Minimum 5 years’ work experience.

• Analytical skills. 

• Ability to interact and communicate effectively.  

• Fluent English capabilities. 

• Norwegian capabilities is an advantage. 

• Privacy knowledge is an advantage.
