Our functional reporting line is to the Telenor ASA Board of Directors through the Board’s Risk and Audit Committee. Our goal is to be a world class 3rd line function, delivering consistent high-quality work across business areas and geographies. We are a diverse team with eight different nationalities based in Fornebu, Bangkok, Islamabad, and Singapore.

The Follow Up & Reporting team in GIAI is responsible for the audit action follow up process in Telenor and for coordinating GIAI's presence and engagement in several of the governance fora at which GIAI formally meets stakeholders.

About the role

As our Audit Follow Up Coordinator, you will liaise with GIAI lead auditors and management stakeholders in the relevant Business Units (BUs) to ensure that evidence of audit action remediation is obtained for review, assessed for adequacy by the relevant GIAI lead auditor, and support the team in providing a feedback loop to the business. You will have responsibility for the process related to regular consolidation of audit action status overviews at Business Area (BA) and Telenor Group level.

Furthermore, you will support VP Follow Up & Reporting and the team to ensure that for each BU both the status of the audit action portfolio and the audit plan is reported to relevant governance fora (e.g. BU Boards, BA management teams) in a timely and accurate manner.

As co-auditor for audit projects across Telenor, you will be involved in the planning, execution and reporting of different audit projects with colleagues of different nationalities.
