Background
Siri Birgitte Bang Berge, born in 1971, has extensive experience in legal advisory and decision-making processes at top management and board level. She joined Telenor in 2016 as SVP Head of Group Legal and has served as Group General Counsel since 2018, advising the CEO, executive team, and Board on governance, compliance, and strategic legal matters.
Previously, she held senior legal leadership roles at Aker Solutions and was a partner at Kluge Law Firm. Siri also spent nearly a decade at the law firm Wikborg Rein.

Siri Birgitte Bang Berge holds a law degree (Cand.jur) from the University of Bergen.
