This is what you will be part of
You will play a key role in shaping the process landscape of Nordic Managed Services by building governance, structure, and operational clarity. You will work with process design, contract handling, governance, and improvements in ServiceNow, helping ensure efficient, secure, and compliant operations. Through your work, you will contribute to stable and scalable services across all Nordic markets.

You will work close to both technology and business, contributing to continuous improvement and shared learning.

What we are looking for
• Experience with process development, implementation, or governance in an operational or IT-driven environment
• Understanding of ITIL and how it supports structured process design
• Interest in regulatory, legal, and security requirements in operational processes
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar workflow/platform tools
• A structured and analytical way of working, with the ability to turn requirements into practical solutions

The practicalities

Place of work: Oslo, Helsinki or Stockholm.

Work format: Hybrid, with the number of office days depending on location.

Language requirements: English.
