Om stillingen

This is what you will be part of

You will help shape how Inventory is planned, governed, and improved across Nordic Managed Services.
In this role, you will work with service-to-hardware mapping, stock levels, forecasting, replenishment, and reporting so that services are supported by the right equipment at the right time.
Your work will create structure across local business units and help ensure good service coverage, healthy inventory levels, and better operational predictability.

How we work

You will collaborate closely with product owners, procurement, warehouse teams, and local business units across the Nordics.
We work across functions and countries to create shared standards, align planning, and make sure processes work well in practice. You will be part of a supportive environment where knowledge is shared and improvements are driven together.

What we are looking for

  • Experience with inventory ownership, catalog rules, or standardization of hardware and service models.

  • Understanding of forecasting, demand planning, replenishment, and stock health reporting.

  • Ability to coordinate stakeholders across product, procurement, warehouse, and local business units.

  • A structured and analytical way of working, with an eye for service coverage, aging, forecast accuracy, and exceptions.

  • Interest in governance, standardization, and creating clarity across countries and teams.

You do not have to know everything - the most important thing is your motivation, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.

What you get with us

With us, you get the opportunity to work in a Nordic role with broad collaboration and visible impact on how services are supported operationally.
You will be part of a working environment where structure, knowledge sharing, and cooperation across teams are important.
