Cyber Security Manager, Governance

DNA is strengthening its cyber and information security team to stay ahead of rising regulatory expectations and an evolving threat landscape.
We are now looking for a Cyber Security Manager to lead and develop cyber security capabilities and performance in line with our strategy.
What you’ll own and drive
In this role, you will take a holistic view of cyber security governance while staying close to technical execution.
Your main responsibility is to develop DNA’s defensive cyber security capabilities e.g. situational awareness and monitoring, security operations, technical security controls, vulnerability management and threat intel ensuring alignment between regulatory requirements, risk management and technical implementation.
You will collaborate with key stakeholders in DNA, Telenor and other relevant counterparts to meet business and compliance requirements. You will influence the preparation of the security strategy for your areas of responsibility.

What we expect from you
You bring a strong combination of governance thinking and hands-on understanding of modern cyber security.
Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
Solid experience in cyber security governance and its practical implementation
Experience working with or developing capabilities such as SOC, detection & response, or security operations
Good understanding of modern security technologies (e.g. SIEM/XDR, IAM/PAM, cloud security)
Ability to translate risk, regulation and strategy into concrete actions and decisions
Understanding of the threat modelling and threat intel
Experience from ICT, telecommunications or complex IT environments is considered an advantage
Experience of a defensive AI
Relevant university degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.)
Fluent Finnish and English
This position requires an approved statement of national security clearance.
