HR Legal & Administrative Expert – People Support
About the position
As an HR Legal & Administrative Expert at Telenor Shared Services in Lisbon, you help employees and managers feel safe, supported and confident in a global organisation.
What you will be part of
In this role, you work at the intersection of people, law and operations. You support employees and managers in Portugal with HR legal and administrative matters, while being part of a global People Support team across Portugal, Norway and Pakistan. Your work helps ensure that employment practices are compliant, fair and easy to understand – making a real difference in everyday working life.
You contribute to onboarding, contracts, reporting and continuous improvement of HR processes, with a strong focus on simplification and smart use of HR tools, systems and AI. Although your focus is Lisbon, you collaborate closely with colleagues across Telenor Shared Services and the wider Nordic organisation.

You will be part of a collaborative and supportive People Support team that values trust, knowledge sharing and learning from each other. We work closely across locations and cultures, supporting each other in solving complex HR questions and improving how we work.
You report in a matrix to the TSS CHRO and the TSS Portugal Country Manager, and you will experience a work environment where curiosity, responsibility and courage to change are encouraged.
This is what we are looking for
We believe you will thrive in this role if you bring experience and interest within these areas:
A degree in Law or HR Management, or solid experience working with the Portuguese Labour Act
Around 3+ years of experience with HR legal support and HR administration
Good knowledge of Portuguese employment law and local compliance requirements
Interest in simplifying and improving HR processes, including use of digital tools and AI
Strong service mindset, structure and ability to meet deadlines in a collaborative environment
You do not need to know everything from day one – motivation, curiosity and willingness to learn are just as important to us.
Fluency in English is required, and experience with HRIS platforms is an advantage.
