Developer Trainee (Karlskrona)

As a B2B IT Trainee at Telenor, you will join our development organization and contribute to the IT systems that power sales, customer support, and self‑service for our business customers. Throughout the program, you will rotate between different development teams, explore various programming languages, and gain hands‑on experience with modern technologies. This journey will give you a broad understanding of our technical landscape and help you discover where your strengths and interests fit best. What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science or similar

• Experience or education in software development using C#, Java or Python

• Basic knowledge of databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL

• Interest in or experience with AI as part of modern development practices

Backend Developer Trainees (Stockholm)

We aren’t just programmers – we are developers! As a Backend Developer Trainee in our Consumer IT team, you’ll join a modern development environment where you get to learn how to build backend services, work with cloud‑native and event‑driven architectures, and help shape the next generation of our systems. You’ll be part of a friendly, collaborative team that supports your growth, whether working on‑site or remotely, and you’ll get hands‑on experience with DevOps practices and AI‑powered development tools. This is the perfect starting point if you want to grow your skills and make real impact from day one. What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT or related fields, or a few years of relevant experience

• Experience with Java is preferred, but other programming languages are also welcome

AI Solutions Trainee (Stockholm)

The team is part of Telenor Sweden’s AI Center of Acceleration — a one‑stop‑shop initiative created to drive AI adoption across the organization. The team collaborates with multiple business divisions to identify challenges and design AI solutions that create real business impact. The team develops AI/ML solutions, prototypes, scalable agentic systems, and end‑to‑end ML pipelines. What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

• Strong programming skills in Python

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially Vertex AI

• Familiarity with MLOps, API integrations, and data visualization

• Experience with containers and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

AI & Automation specialist (Stockholm)

As an AI & Automation specialist you will join our Finance development team and gain hands‑on experience in automation, AI solutions, and modern financial data management. You’ll work across all finance functions to understand their needs, explore best practices in data structures, and help design smarter ways of working, from automated reconciliations and journal entries to AI‑driven analysis and reporting. Along the way, you’ll collaborate closely with the Finance Performance & Tech team and learn directly from experts in the AI Solutions team. This role gives you practical exposure to financial data, metadata management, ETLs, and accounting, while you also participate in improvement projects and build a strong network across Finance and the wider organization. It’s the ideal starting point if you want to combine finance expertise with technology and drive real change. What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, Economicsor related fields, or equivalent experience

• Experience developing AI solutions or AI agent tools

• Skills in SQL and Python

• Solid accounting knowledge to support automation and AI use cases
