System Specialist (Endpoint Services)
About the position
DNA is a part of Telenor Group, a leading telecommunications company across the Nordics.
We are now looking for an EUC System Specialist (Endpoint Services) to join our Enterprise IT team.
How you’ll make a difference with us
We are seeking a resource to manage the day-to-day delivery and operational governance of our end user computing (EUC) services from our current external platform vendor. This role is based in our Enterprise IT department, which has team members located globally. The position requires an in-country presence in Finland for direct involvement with projects and service delivery in our offices. The main responsibility is to ensure that the vendor’s deliveries for DNA meet established standards.
In this role, you’ll coordinate daily operations with the vendor, track service performance, and ensure compliance with DNA’s requirements. You will work in-country in Finland to support smooth execution in our offices and close collaboration with stakeholders. You’ll also drive platform security through hardening and other protective measures.
Examples of day-to-day vendor management tasks include:
Running daily/weekly operational check-ins and coordinating priorities, risks, and dependencies
Managing incidents and major incidents with the vendor (triage, escalation, communications, post-incident reviews)
Tracking SLAs/XLAs and KPIs (availability, performance, request fulfilment, device/application success rates) and driving corrective actions
Reviewing changes/releases (CAB input, rollout planning, change windows, back-out plans) to reduce end-user impact
Validating delivered service reports, invoicing/chargeback inputs, and contractual deliverables
Ensuring adherence to DNA policies (security baselines, hardening standards, compliance and audit requirements)
Coordinating onsite activities in DNA offices (hands-and-eyes support, device logistics, rollout support, stakeholder alignment)
We need someone who’s always on their toes! You have a genuine desire to learn and develop so we can continue to meet our customers’ ever-changing needs – today and tomorrow.
Skills that we hope that you have are:
Proven experience with SCCM, hardware/software asset and lifecycle management, application deployment, Windows OS, MacOS, JAMF, Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and IT compliance.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Candidates with substantial relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education
Approx. 7+ years of experience in a similar field or position, with a strong track record of problem-solving and effective communication.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred skills include Microsoft Intune, Application Control, MacOS support, and familiarity with vCenter.
Excellent language skills in Finnish and English
Previous experience in Service Delivery Management (SDM) is considered a valuable asset in this role.
For this position, Finnish citizenship and security clearance will be required.
