of association and collective bargaining may be at risk

Telenor is committed to respecting labour rights principles as laid down in UN Global Compact and ILO’s fundamental conventions. These principles relating to respecting the rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining, the elimination of forced labour, child labour and discrimination in the workplace, are reflected in Telenor’s Code of Conduct and Group Policy People as well as Supplier Conduct Principles. Telenor shall comply with applicable laws and regulations. If there are differences between such laws and regulations and the standards set out in our Code of Conduct, Telenor will apply the higher standard consistent with applicable local laws.
