Telenor’s Kokstad building in Bergen emerged as the victor in the category offices/industry, and has been awarded the prestigious Prix d’Excellence.
In its grounds for the decision the jury stated; “The architecture reflects both urban and traditional styles, although the building’s use of high technology installations and advanced electronic control systems brings it firmly into the 21st century. With an energy consumption rate of less than 100kWh/m2 per year, the Telenor Centre is the most energy-efficient office building in Norway.”
