What was the most exciting project you worked on as a trainee in Telenor?
As a management trainee in Fixed & TV, I was involved in numerous exciting and challenging projects. I was introduced to a range of departments, and worked with many talented colleagues. Among other things, I got to take part in a project which mapped customers’ associations with the Telenor and Canal Digital Kabel brands; I worked with highly competent staff on the GDPR project; and I learnt a great deal from the enthusiastic staff in Sales. Two of Fixed & TV’s ambitions are to work smarter and get closer to the customer, and it has been fun to follow the various initiatives which support these ambitions. The departments are working more effectively both internally and inter-departmentally, as they are adopting new working methods, working in multidisciplinary teams, testing and gathering insight, and going out to meet customers. It is an educational and exciting division in which to work!
What will you work with in Telenor, now that the training programme has finished?
I started as a Customer Insight Analyst in July in the Digital, Strategy & Analytics Department in Fixed & TV, and I am looking forward to being able to follow our customers and their needs even more closely.
