Learning in Telenor

Telenor encourages its employees to take responsibility for their learning and development. The company offers numerous opportunities to its global employee base and encourages a strong focus on development for all. Due to the rapidly changing industry we are in, Telenor is emphasizing speed of learning, and creating programs that enable employees to rapidly and efficiently gain new and important skills and competencies.

Telenor Campus

Telenor Campus is an online learning portal for all employees, available to them 24 hours per day, seven days per week. This library consists of a wide range of learning resources, covering topics such as leadership and digital competence. Courses offered include an off-the-shelf selection taught by leading experts and professors from prestigious business schools, including Harvard, Stanford and IMD, as well as renowned providers Lynda and Coursera. In addition, you will find Telenor employee training on Campus, for topics such as anti-corruption and code of conduct.

“Embracing the possibilities of digital learning is a natural thing to do in a technology driven company like Telenor. We are proud of Telenor Campus as a learning tool available to all, not only leaders and experts,” says Joakim Slørstad, Head of Learning and Development in Telenor.

40 hours to transform yourself
