Trond Moe is the Country Manager and the Head of Telenor's Representative Office in Ukraine. He took this position starting from 1 November 2006.

Until then, Trond Moe served six years as the CFO and Deputy CEO of Kyivstar, the largest mobile telecommunications operator in Ukraine. Prior to joining Kyivstar, Mr. Moe was employed as the CEO of the largest GSM operator in Bangladesh, GrameenPhone, majority-owned by Telenor. He also served as the CFO and Deputy CEO of North-West GSM, a Russian mobile telecommunications operator in which Telenor was a shareholder.

Trond Moe has a degree in Russian language from the University of Oslo, and is a graduate of the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration.

Mr. Moe has been living in Kyiv since 2000, he speaks Russian fluently and has a Ukrainian wife and son.
