Reporting

Telenor's subsidiary companies report systematically by the management line. The information is co-ordinated by the HSE[!] Central Staff and provides evidence of the level of activity in the field of HSE in all companies. The information from the business areas is crucial to the further development of Telenor's HSE work.

The departments are responsible for reporting on the status of the following factors:

  • Expertise regarding HSE matters
  • Sickness absence and rehabilitation
  • Occupational injuries and near accidents
  • Health assessments
  • Problems related to substance abuse
  • HSE audits
  • Surveying of the working environment
  • Employee appraisal interviews
  • Sight tests for PC users
  • Formal planning meetings
The reports form the basis of Telenor's annual reporting on matters affecting the working environment, health and personal safety – see this year's results.
