Lead by the CEO, the corporate management group consist of ten members who are responsible for the day-to-day operations of Telenor's different business units and other functions. The group management monitors and evaluates key corporate and industry developments and recommends action to the Board of Directors. The CEO is directly responsible to the Board of Directors for Telenor's day-to-day operations and for matters that are brought forward to the Board.
