Organisation of the work with the external environment, the working environment and ethics
The external environment, the working environment and ethics are specialist fields in which the corporate management has a clear managerial responsibility.
In 2000, the Corporate Security and Environment and HSE[!] Central Staff, under the Corporate Human Resources[!], have been responsible for strategy in the appropriate specialist fields on behalf of the corporate management. Based on the Group's strategy and overall plans for the external environment, the working environment and ethics, the leaders of the individual areas of activity have had financial, administrative and technical responsibility for plans of action, implementation of initiatives, documentation and reporting.
The environmental work, the efforts to create a good working environment and the work towards a common ethical platform are based on the widespread involvement of well informed and motivated employees.
