Eksternal Relations
Research activities in Telenor are largely carried out in collaboration with other establishments within research and development. Over the last couple of years Telenor R&I has increased its efforts in this area and made new strategic contacts, both nationally and internationally. Our activities are divided into the following main areas:

National R&I
Comprises co-operation with the Research Council of Norway (ICT Forum), collaboration agreements with Norwegian university and college environments, and regional development.

International R&I
Comprises considerable efforts where the work is shared almost equally between EU projects and Eurescom.

Standardisation
R&I is the co-ordinator of Telenor's participation in international standardisation work.
