as a leading global Telco. R&I's research unit Products and Markets is a driving
force for making these ambitions take place.
In cooperation with Telenor operating companies and third parties, we focus
on these ambitions through the combination of excellent customer insight and
our knowledge of technological possibilities.
The principal aims are new business units, concept and
service innovations, and the best customer support offerings across customer
touch points. By combining several methods in multi-disciplinary teams, R&I
also conducts own research within selected areas, delivers strategic advices
and evaluates current offerings.
