If you had to single out one great aspect of Telenor, what would it be?
One of the great aspects of Telenor is how it smoothly merges itself with the ethnic culture of different operating countries. Telenor builds around people and believes in training, developing and truly inspiring its people.
My company motivates its employees to an extent that they become immensely passionate for their work and always strive to deliver the best.
Tell us something about your job?
I am responsible for attracting more customers each day with my creatively planned out marketing ideas. To elaborate on that, I work in the market communication division where I am responsible for the communication part of the campaigns. I make sure that the various commercial and print campaigns of Grameenphone are smoothly executed. Additionally, I contribute in shaping up the overall plan of any product or service communication.
I thoroughly enjoy planning out a campaign and seeing the plan materialized. I find it extremely satisfying to see my campaigns running on air after days of hard work behind it.
