I’m a management graduate from Charles Sturt University and Royal Holloway University of London, with seven years of international experience prior to joining Uninor. Telenor hired me in 2009 to be part of the Uninor launch team. My job is to ensure service excellence, well functional processes and deliveries in our retail stores. We make sure that every time a customer walks in our store he goes out with the best retail experience and gets an indelible impression of our brand.

The launch of Uninor in India in December 2009 was the biggest in telecom history worldwide. It took eight months of tireless efforts by the team, and I am proud to have been part of that story. There was no day or night for anyone for those months and I loved the momentum that we were in at that time. It was a comprehensive launch project, very intense, and incredibly rewarding when we reached our goals.

The best practice sharing approach across Group operations is the single biggest tool to learn and develop. Working with Telenor gives us exposure to best work practices along with global policies and procedures. This helps us to learn how thing can be done in the best possible way in different scenarios and with different customer segments.

Working for Telenor has been a journey of learning and every evening I can confidently ask myself if I did learn something new today and the answer would be yes.

The transparency in everything we do here is commendable.
