As a Marketing Supervisor in the Roaming Unit, I am responsible for creating awareness of our international roaming services towards our customers and stimulating them to use these when they are abroad.

For me, it was love at first sight when I joined the company. I immediately experienced that Telenor is a people-oriented organization. The work environment, the people oriented approach and the supportive management have motivated and encouraged me to further develop my skills.

Telenor has many interesting training courses and development programmes in order to develop the employees’ skills. I have taken advantages of several of them and has learnt a lot through that. Being part of an international company also means that we are able to share knowledge across the Telenor companies. This is a key factor to understanding markets better and helps us craft marketing plans to suit a maximum number of our customers.

Absolutely not. Telenor has many creative ways to break the monotony and energize us back. At the office, we have a state of the art fitness club, karaoke rooms and much more to relieve the stress!
