What are your main responsibilities?
I am a team leader being responsible for a group of 20-25 employees at customer service. My job is to organize the daily activities in my team, create a joyful work environment, keep my team motivated, provide them with a creatively charged environment, and as a result generate the best service and experience for our customers.
What do you like best about Telenor?
I’m really proud to be a part of a huge international company with so many different career opportunities. Telenor gives everyone a chance to make a difference and I try to practice this myself by giving my team responsibilities that can benefit their professional growth.
How does Telenor differ from other companies?
We have a great ability to analyze matters, apply right decisions and implement our ideas. We are effective and fast to make changes, and in my point of view this is a vital quality which differentiates us from a number of other companies.
Over all I believe that we have a strong cultural foundation among colleagues and departments at Telenor. What are your professional goals at Telenor?
Actually, I have just acquired a new position in HR development & training and will start in a short while. Here I will develop and expand my skills further within leadership, HR and people & development management. I am really looking forward to explore opportunities where I can make the best of my desires and potentials based more on strategically focused activities.
