Describe your position.

During the 15 years I have been working in Telenor, I have had a number of positions. Now, I am responsible for human resources related activities in the Customer Service unit with 400 employees. It includes everything from the recruitment processes, talent management programmes, career planning, employee engagement surveys, attrition management, and organizational changes.

Which part of your job do you enjoy most?

Being an HR partner, I am in a position to take action that can improve employee’s satisfaction. In my job I especially enjoy the manager selection processes, when I meet people who have developed in the Customer services and who have the ambition to grow. Successes, like higher employee engagement in the Customer Services, make me feel good as well.
