Our Open Mind programme is all about opening doors and offering work experience to people with different work disabilities and for immigrants outside of Europe. The job training programme gives the participants a unique start of employment.
Job training for disabled people
Telenor has enabled about 200 people with physical disabilities and other health related challenges to enter the job market through a two-year empowerment programme.

The Integration programme recruits immigrants from outside Europe to job training in Telenor.
