The Core Leadership
The Core Programme is designed to help new and current managers in Telenor improve their practical leadership skills. It provides the basic knowledge and tools required for good leadership.
A strong team builder
This programme gives you the skills and the confidence needed to handle the day-to-day management of other people. You will learn to use your own values and abilities to motivate and build trust among your team.
People management
Core gives you an introduction to the leadership tools we use in Telenor. Among these tools is the Telenor Development Process (TDP). You will learn how to map out the career ambitions and personal development needs of your team members by using this tool.
Global perspective
The Core programme is carried out in all our operations. Part of the training is to improve the participants’ perspective of how Telenor does business across the world.
The beauty of Core is that you learn through practical experimentation, feedback and discussions.
