Expand Your Limits

The Expand Programme is designed for executive high flyers at Telenor, those with high potential to take on a top management position within one to three years

Top management training

You receive the best training possible to become part of a top management group. The goal is to develop your interpersonal as well as professional skills.

During the yearlong programme, you will work with real-life cases with both peers and members of the Top Management Group.

Learning from the best

During the Expand Programme, you receive professional coaching to clarify your ambitions and personal development needs. You will attend programmes at first-rate universities and colleges around the world.

The training will enable you to share experiences with peers and provides you with a useful set of tools with which to face everyday executive business challenges.

The programme gave me a chance to step out of my normal job for a few weeks, reflect on my own career and development as a manager – and have fun doing it!

The structure of the programme gives us the opportunity to experience things that we may not necessarily have identified as important and signed up for otherwise. It was an eye-opener for me.
