Wins award for high business practise standards

Telenor Serbia is this year's winner of the 2009 award for outstanding contribution to the fight against discrimination.
The Anti-Discrimination Coalition in Serbia awarded Telenor Serbia for setting internally high business practice standards, having expressly competitive working conditions and setting high ecological standards in the company.
Confirmation of our corporate responsible work
“The objective of a large number of our activities is creating the inclusive society, we are aspiring after. We are proud to receive this award. This is yet another confirmation of our corporate responsible work and another reason for launching each next project, which can influence the raising of awareness on discrimination and people, who daily cope with this problem” said Ana Krstić, External Communications Manager, Telenor Serbia.
Introduced in 2008
In 2008 the Anti-Discrimination Coalition introduced the “Annual Award for Fight against Discrimination”, as recognition to individuals, organisations, institutions, companies and the media which during one year exerted greatest efforts at eliminating discrimination against minority and marginalised groups or contributed to the promotion of equality of all citizens of Serbia.
Ethical standard and good corporate behaviour
